This stiff rubber-like material is hard enough (95 Shore A) to hold its shape under light to medium loads, but flexible enough to absorb impacts and return to its original shape.

Advantages:

  • Flexibility

  • Prints faster than softer TPE and TPU materials

Disadvantages:

  • Cost

  • Limited color selection

Why use TPE-SEBS-95A:

  • Parts that will need to absorb an impact such as bumpers and stop blocks

  • Parts that need to deform slightly in regular use

  • Masking for abrasive blasting processes
